1. About the service

CraftNova is a platform for posting and sharing HTML games created with AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You can play games without an account. You need an account to post games.

• You sign up with an email address and a password.
• Social sign-in options may be added in the future.
• You may not sign up with false information.
• You may not transfer or lend your account to anyone else.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age required by the laws of your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Posting rules

• Games must be a single HTML file.
• Maximum file size: 10 MB (during the beta).

4. Game limit

• Each account can have up to 20 games (Japanese and English sites combined).

5. Prohibited conduct

• Posting content that is inappropriate for minors
• Posting discriminatory content
• Posting content that may cause physical discomfort (for example, intense flashing)
• Posting content that uses existing games, characters, music, or other copyrighted works without permission
• Embedding malicious code such as malware or phishing
• Manipulating rankings with multiple accounts or bots
• Interfering with the operation of the service
• Imitating or impersonating another user's display name

6. Rights to your content

You keep the copyright to the games you post. You grant CraftNova a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Publish and display your games on the service
• Translate your game's title and description (including translation by AI) and display the translation on the service
• Feature your games and post gameplay videos on social media and YouTube
• Allow players to stream, record, and post videos of your games
• Use your games to promote the service

When we feature a game on social media or YouTube, we may credit the creator's display name.

If your game is set to "All Countries", or the language of its title and description differs from the site it appears on, the title and description are translated by AI and shown on the other site. You can avoid translation by choosing the language that matches your text.

You agree not to assert moral rights against CraftNova to the extent needed to display and translate your content on the service.

7. Advertising

• We plan to show ads on the site.
• We use services such as Google AdSense.

8. Paid plans

We may offer a paid membership plan in the future. Details will be announced when it launches.

9. Disclaimer

CraftNova is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by content posted by users
• Damage caused by the suspension or end of the service
• Disputes between users
• How posted games work or their quality
• The accuracy of AI translations

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when needed. Before a change takes effect, we will announce the updated terms and the date they take effect on the service. If you keep using the service after that date, you agree to the updated terms.

11. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court that has jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance. The Japanese version of these terms is the official version, and it takes precedence over this English version.
